To build an attractive and long-lasting roof with antique-style aluminum tiles, proper product selection and standardized installation are equally indispensable. When purchasing antique-style aluminum tiles, prioritize substrates of 3003 or 5052 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy. The standard thickness ranges from 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm, while a thickness of over 1.2 mm is recommended for areas exposed to severe wind pressure. Metal fluorocarbon coating is a must, which triples the color retention and anti-aging performance compared with ordinary polyester coating.
